今日、transcendental meditationに関する
上のビデオを観ていたら
私の大昔のバンド、マンドレイクの
ウエブサイトのデザインを
思い出しました。
は～、なつかし～な～

Voのヒロタさんと一緒に
パソコンをいじりながら
作ったものです。
いまだに意味がわかりませんがｗ

でも、不思議なことに
１８年という時を超えても
今の自分の意識と
どこかが繋がってるんでしょうね

あの頃は音楽と詩を書くことが全てで
まさかアメリカに渡って
ビジュアルアーティストになるとは
夢にも思わなかったけど
今振り返れば、表現方法は
異なるものの
創造力を刺激する源というのは
今も昔も同じかもしれません。

闇が思考を変えるだけで
光（悟り/enlightenment）に変わるということを
アートを通して学んできましたが
日常の中での思考と想像力を
もっと超越させるためには
日々の瞑想が大事だと
改めて気付いたしだいです。
